  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is made more than once for the same service, a refund may be processed for the duplicate transaction.
  • Excess Payment: If a payment exceeds the required amount for a specific service, the excess amount may be refunded.
  • Technical Issues: In case of a technical issue or error during the payment process, resulting in an incorrect or incomplete transaction, we will review the case and issue a refund if necessary.
  • Withdrawal of Admission: If a student formally withdraws their admission before the commencement of the academic session, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable processing fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact the school administration with the necessary details, including proof of payment and the reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving a valid refund request. The amount will be refunded to the same account or payment method from which the original payment was made.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used (credit/debit card, bank account, etc.). No cash refunds will be processed.

4. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A valid reason for the refund is provided.
  • The request is made within 30 days of the payment date.
  • All necessary documentation and proof of payment are submitted.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Any service fees, convenience charges, or processing fees charged by the payment gateway or bank are non-refundable. These charges are deducted before the refund is processed.
